CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
In May,June, July, August, September and October, the villa is rented from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00 for a minimum of 2 weeks.
The difference between the time of departure and arrival time is to allow proper preparation of the villa and we thank you for your understanding.
A Non-refundable deposit of €4,000 is required for all bookings.
Final payment within 4 weeks.
In May, June, September and October, the villa can be rented for 4 or 6 people maximum, €1,500/3,000 per week, occupying one of the two levels; the other level remaining closed.
These prices are inclusive and include bed linen, towels and beach, water, electricity, gas, telephone to fixed phones in Europe and North America.
Rental also includes 8 hours of cleaning per week and clean sheets on the day of departure .
